New Barney DVD: Please & Thank You (Giveaway)

Even before my little one turned two years old, we started working on “Please” and “Thank You”. My own mom really instilled those words in my sister and I. So, yes, I’m one of those moms that will make her child write thank you notes for Christmas that last week in December, hopefully without any complaining.  While “Thank You” seems to be an easy concept for my daughter (thankfully saying it without being told), it’s the “Please” word we need to work on a bit. So, I was thankful (there’s that “thank you” word again) for a little help from an old friend, Barney.

Just released on January 5th is the new DVD made just for preschoolers, Barney: Please & Thank You. I can’t think of a better topic for the stage we’re in right now (except maybe eating green vegetables). Children will hang out with their friends Barney, Baby Bop, and BJ, as they learn all about being kind to others and the importance of manners. A little help from these old friends is much appreciated, as I know I can get tired of repeating “what do you say?” all the time.
