Thanks to Marcal, I was sent a variety of their paper products to try out. As a mom, I love the fact that there are no dyes and fragrances used in these paper products. We have allergies and eczema in our family and I really try to use products that don’t have them. The paper in the products is made from paper (recycled) and not trees. Marcal seems really committed to not only doing right by the environment, but making sure the products are hardworking.
The easiest items for my family to switch to would be the paper towels, napkins, and Soft & Strong Bath Tissue. In fact, the napkins are awesome for following reason alone……the bag recloses (it cinches up with a string). Normally I have to keep a large bag ripped open in the cabinet. The design is brilliant and I can’t believe I haven’t seen it before. The paper towels have the U-Size It feature so you can rip off and use only the size you need! My least favorite were the tissues, but then again I blow my nose all day long since it’s allergy season. There were 2 kinds of toilet paper I was sent….and I definitely had a preference for the Soft & Strong (the other was similar to what you might find in commercial establishments)…..but I loved that you have a choice. Quality doesn’t have to be sacrificed in order to help the environment.

i love trying new things/ways to help the planet. i truly beleive it starts with just one person. we can all make a difference. also love the idea that you can tear off the size of paper towel you need for the job.

I’d like to win because it’s hard to find where I live. I’ve used the paper towel before and I love it!!! It’s the best paper towel I ever used. The store I used to buy it at doesn’t sell it anymore and Costco used to sell it too, but they don’t have it anymore either.

I have been looking forward to try the marcal products for a while, since they are made from fully recycled paper and I would like to make the switch.

Our resolution this year was to switch to earth-friendly cleaning supplies and recycled paper goods. I think it’s important to do that even if it costs more. I’d love to try anything from their selection but I’d most like to try the facial tissue.

I like the idea of lessening my environmental impact, but for some things you just can’t use reusable (toilet paper, wiping up bacon grease, etc.). Marcel Paper seems like a good balance of environmentally friendly and practical.
