With Memorial Day just around the corner, have you started preparing? There’s the grocery shopping (great time for sales), the BBQ (make sure it’s clean & ready), and the outdoor events & activities!
One thing that quickly comes to mind for outdoor BBQ’s and picnics…..chips & salsa. I’m in Texas….gotta have it. One more thing I can’t personally do without….Guacamole. My Grandma used to make her own salsa and can it. Mmmmm! While I’ve had her teach me a few of her family recipes, salsa isn’t one of them. Thankfully, I’ve discovered Mrs. Wages!

My whole family loves avacados, even the grandchildren (ages 6 and 2). Guacamole is so easy to make and they love helping. The 2 year old has been known to ask for “the green stuff” when he wants a snack! He even like salsa as long as it’s not too hot. His sister is just now starting to really like it. They both have their favorite tortilla chips too!
I had never heard of Mrs. Wages so I will have to look for it on my next shopping trip. I like that it has the all-natural ingredients.

my husband’s favorite snack is tortilla chips and any kind of dip! I swear we go through at least 2 bags of chips a week!
