Easy Dinners with Good Earth’s Dinner Kits! #Giveaway (CLOSED)

I’m a huge fan of dinner…..but not always a huge fan of preparing it. Anyone out there with me on this? Sometimes I’m just plain exhausted by the time it rolls around. Anything that can make dinner a bit easier is a welcome addition to the pantry…..and recently I had the opportunity to check out the new Good Earth Restaurant Favorites Dinner Kit.

If you are familiar with some of the other Restaurant Favorites Dinner Kits out there, you know the basics. Almost everything you need is in the box….usually just add meat and some essentials like milk, water and olive oil. You still have to cook it, but much of the preparation is done for you.

The Good Earth Restaurant Favorites Dinner Kit comes in several varieties:

Mediterranean Chicken w/angel hair pasta
Spicy Citrus Glazed Shrimp with angel hair pasta
Herb Crusted Chicken with mushroom risotto
Tuscan Chicken with penne pasta

Don’t they all sound delicious? We tried the Mediterranean Chicken w/angel hair pasta and loved it. Even my 2 year old. Here’s what the Kit included:

100% Whole Grain Angel Hair Pasta
Creamy Sauce w/Olive Oil
Mediterranean Seasoning w/Tomatoes
Seasoned Whole Wheat Flour
NO Artificial Flavors
NO Artificial Preservatives

It was ready in about 20 minutes. I prepared as directed but also added something extra. On the box there are “Chef-Inspired Tips”, which I used to make it a complete meal for us. I added fresh asparagus pieces during the last 3 minutes of cooking to add an extra veggie. Mmmmmmm! Delish!
