Neosporin’s new Eczema Essentials line found at Walmart ($5.00 Coupon too)

by A Frugal Friend on February 22, 2012

My daughter has had eczema since she was a baby.  I was hoping she would outgrow it.  That hasn’t been the case.  Her eczema has just changed over time.  It’s moved from the back of her legs (when she was an infant) to her arms and wrists now.  Poor thing, sometimes she fights so hard not to itch…….and with her wrists I’m always concerned about getting a staph infection.

We are always having to be careful about the laundry detergents we use, the time of year, her allergies, and more.

Eczema is an ongoing battle for us.

So I’m so excited that there is a new over-the-counter product line from Neosporin, who has been dealing with skin care for over 50 years!

Neosporin Eczema Essentials Products Include:

Daily Body Wash

  • Proven gentle and non-irritating, even on eczema-prone skin
  • Fragrance-free, soap-free
  • Gentle enough for everyday use

Daily Moisturizing Cream

  • Deeply moisturizes
  • Relieves itch on contact and irritation due to eczema
  • Helps strengthen and restore the skin’s natural barrier function
  • Fragrance and steroid-free

Anti-Itch Cream

  • Clinically shown to improve dryness, flaking and appearance of redness
  • Maximum strength of itch relief
  • For occasional use

I’m so excited to check out this new line, and especially love that there are no fragrances!  While our pediatrician recommends avoiding daily bathing for her, the Daily Body Wash looks like something we can all use since it’s gentle enough for everyday….and we all sometimes have dry skin.

WHERE TO FIND: You can find this new product on Walmart.com or in-store in the first aid aisle.  Don’t forget – First Aid Aisle.

HOT COUPON ALERT: Print a $5.00 Coupon good on the Neosporin Eczema Essentials Trial Pack (Reg price approx $11.97), and you can learn more about the product line too.

I’ll have to try this on my grandson! He has extremely sensitive skin so this may help.
